Snowy River Ski Club

Almost finished

Posted on March 25, 2024

Cath and Nadine were here today for revisit and more cleaning and loading scrap steel for the tip. Nadine brought her own vacuum cleaner, and Cath brought two bags of freshly washed blankets!

And half the scaffolding came down in about an hour! It was a mad race to give inaccessible windows a final clean. Wood street Windows (our supplier) tells me that if we break any of the raked windows in room 9, we will need scaffolding to replace it… thats about $30,000 before the cost of the window. Snow protection frames for lower bedroom windows getting sanded for painting (wallaby, to match the cladding), cladding continues on the Jagungal side wall and the scaffolding remains there. That should finish with a delivery of flashing for the same wall tomorrow.
