Winter bookings are now made through our online form – the form to use for all booking requests for the rest of the season can be accessed by navigating to https://srsc.fillout.com/winter2026
While earlier in the year we have different forms to help navigate the full week bookings, from March 2026 all bookings can be made through the one form.
Use of this form ensures you provide all the detail necessary to make the best booking allocations possible. You should receive an automatic email response when you complete your form which provides you the detail of your request.
The winter booking officer – Karen Najjar – will work through all request and respond in due course either offering a booking, seeking clarification or advising if your booking cannot be accommodated.
